This Cheesy Beef and Pasta Skillet dinner is so hearty and tasty, everyone will be coming back for seconds. It’s incredibly simple to make and it’s the perfect meal for those weeknights you’re running short on time and need dinner on the table in less than an hour.
I receive a lot of messages (usually from busy moms) regarding my quick and easy dinners and they’re definitely favorites amongst my followers. Life just feels so jam-packed 80% of the time and when there’s no signs of slowing down, a good, stick-to-your-bones, hearty meal is so important to serve your family. They will always remember those daily meals you shared around the table! Those are some of my favorite memories I have growing up and I’m grateful that my mom has instilled that same desire in my life! 🙂 We have made the decision to home-school our three boys (it’s our first year!) and while it gives us more time to be together, there’s days I’d rather just serve them cereal for dinner while I have a nap. Lol! I’m sure those days will be had but I will never get tired of the time that’s spent around our dining table.
With just a few simple ingredients, you can have this beefy and filling skillet dinner on the table in less than 45 minutes. The evenings are getting cooler and there is absolutely nothing more comforting than a plate of steaming hot pasta and my Fluffy Homemade Breadsticks! Quick and inexpensive meals often lack flavor but that will never be the case in my recipe book! 😉 This dinner has excellent flavor and your entire family is going to love it!
